Usually a battery or speaker fault. Diagnostics identifies the exact component to replace.

Battery drains fast or won’t charge

Common after 2–3 years of use — the battery wears out and needs replacing.

Case no longer charges the headphones

Usually corrosion or damaged pogo-pin contacts inside the case — fixed by soldering, not a full case swap.

Bluetooth won’t pair or keeps dropping

A module or antenna issue. We check first — sometimes a factory reset is enough.

Crackling or distorted sound

Usually a damaged speaker membrane from impact or moisture.

Broken headband or cracked ear cushion

Mechanical damage — we replace the part, the electronics are usually unaffected.
