Battery drains fast or won’t charge

Common after 2–3 years of use — the battery wears out and needs replacing.

Headphones won’t turn on

Usually a fully drained or faulty battery, less often the power button or the board.

Bluetooth won’t pair or keeps dropping

A module or antenna issue. We check first — sometimes a factory reset is enough.

Crackling or distorted sound

Usually a damaged speaker membrane from impact or moisture.

Broken headband or cracked ear cushion

Mechanical damage — we replace the part, the electronics are usually unaffected.

One side of my headphones has no sound — can it be fixed?

Do you repair AirPods or other earbuds?

No. We only repair headphones with a headband. We don’t repair in-ear earbuds (AirPods, Samsung Galaxy Buds, Sony WF and similar) — they are glued and sealed, with no replaceable parts.

How long does headphone repair take?

It depends on the fault and parts availability. We assess the specific case during diagnostics and let you know before starting the repair.

Do I need to book in advance?

No — come to any of our stores (Šeškinė, Lentvaris) and we’ll serve you right away.

Do you provide a warranty?
