No — just walk in during working hours. If you need a repair done within 1 hour, we recommend calling ahead to check availability.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
From €8 for basic phones. Smartphones and tablets — €12.90. Laptops — €15.90. The fee is deducted from the repair cost.
What are your opening hours?
Mon–Fri 9:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–15:00 (depending on location). Drop in any time — no queue system.
Do you provide a replacement phone?
Yes — if the repair takes longer than 2 hours, we lend you a replacement phone for free. We also issue damage reports for insurance companies.
Got a broken phone or laptop?
