Diagnostics from 8 €. If you repair with us — the diagnostic fee is included in the repair price.

Most repairs (screen, battery replacement) are done within 1–3 business days. For complex cases we inform you of the timeline at drop-off.

Yes — customers whose repair takes more than 2 hours get a loaner phone for free. You won't be left without a phone.

No — you can walk into any of our shops without a prior appointment. We serve customers immediately on a first-come basis.

Every repair comes with a written warranty from 3 months. If the fault recurs during the warranty period — we fix it for free.

Most importantly — switch the device off as quickly as possible and do not try to charge it. Bring it to us for urgent diagnostics and drying with specialist equipment.
