What you will learn with us
The internship programme is tailored individually — depending on your field of study and experience level.
Fault diagnosis
You will use a multimeter, thermal camera and specialist diagnostic software. Learn to identify a fault within 15–30 minutes.
Screen and battery replacement
iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei — all the popular series. Learn the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts.
Micro-soldering basics
Basic soldering techniques, BGA chip reballing, board cleaning in an ultrasonic bath.
Laptop repair
Cleaning cooling systems, RAM and SSD replacement, operating system installation, screen repair.
Customer service
How to explain problems clearly, how to quote repair prices, how to write acceptance reports.
Quality control
Post-repair testing protocols, warranty standards, device return procedures.

How to start
Step-by-step process
Contact us
By email info@efix.lt or by phone. State your study programme and preferred period.
Interview (30 min)
We meet at the shop or by video call. We discuss expectations, schedule and programme.
Sign agreement
We sign an internship agreement coordinated with your university. You will receive all necessary documentation.
Internship begins
Week one — safety briefing and tool introduction. Week two — real repairs with your mentor.
Who fits
Requirements
- ✓You are studying electronics, mechatronics, IT or a similar discipline
- ✓Your university or college internship programme requires a hands-on placement
- ✓You are interested in physical devices — not just programming or theory
- ✓You are prepared to learn from mistakes (perfectly normal — no one expects perfection from the start)
- ✓You can come to a Vilnius location at least 3–4 days per week
