All EFIX repairs come with a warranty. If the problem recurs — we fix it for free.
Warranty levels
How long is the warranty?
Workmanship
Warranty covers all repair work performed. If the same issue returns within 3 months — we fix it at no charge.
New original parts
Original manufacturer spare parts carry a 6-month warranty from the installation date.
Non-original / used parts
OEM-quality and used parts (installed only with your consent) carry a 3-month warranty.

How to use the warranty?
Return to any location
Come in with your receipt to any EFIX location within the warranty period.
Describe the issue
Tell us what recurred — we'll help determine if it's related to the repair performed.
Free warranty repair
If the issue falls under warranty — the repair is carried out free of charge and with priority.
What is NOT covered by warranty?
Physical damage after repair (drops, pressure)
Liquid damage after repair
Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
Software issues
Damage caused by unsuitable chargers
Self-repair or disassembly after our service
Your rights under EU law
EU Directive 2019/771 and the Lithuanian Civil Code guarantee additional consumer rights.
New devices purchased from a seller carry a 2-year statutory defect requirement (not applicable to the repair service itself, but applicable to repair parts).
If after repair the same fault recurs within the warranty period — you are entitled to a free repeat repair.
In case of disagreement you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) — vartotojo.lt.
We always issue an acceptance act and warranty certificate. Keep them — they confirm your warranty.
