Brew unit repair
from 49 €The machine shows “Insert brew unit”, the unit is jammed or fails to eject the puck — we clean it and replace seals and drive parts.
Grinder repair and replacement
from 79 €No grinding, idle spinning or rattling — usually a foreign object between the burrs, worn burrs or a failed drive.
Pump replacement
from 59 €The machine hums but no coffee comes through, or water trickles — we check the pump, flow meter and water circuit.
Descaling and internal cleaning
from 25 €We disassemble the machine, remove scale from the boiler and tubing, and clean the brew unit and milk system.
Thermoblock and heating repair
from 49 €Lukewarm coffee, slow heating or no heating at all — we check the thermoblock, thermostat and temperature sensor.
Control board and display repair
from 69 €Does not power on, blinking error code, unresponsive buttons or display — we diagnose the board and power circuit.
