The Jura brew unit is not user-removable — we service it by opening the machine and replacing seals and drive parts.

Ceramic valve replacement

Water goes the wrong way, weak coffee, or the machine asks to fill the system — a common Jura ceramic valve fault.

Grinder repair and replacement

Not grinding, rattling or spinning idle — we check the burrs, the drive and for foreign objects.

Pump and flow meter repair

Humming without result, unstable cup volume or interrupted pouring — we check the pump and flow meter.

Descaling and internal cleaning

When the built-in programs no longer help — we disassemble, descale the thermoblock and tubing, and clean the milk system.

How much does Jura coffee machine repair cost?

Diagnostics is €19.90 and is included in the repair price. Descaling and internal cleaning from €25, brew unit or ceramic valve repair from €49, pump repair from €59, control board repair from €69, grinder replacement from €79.

Can the Jura brew unit be removed?

No — unlike DeLonghi or Philips, the Jura brew unit sits inside the machine and cannot be removed by the user. So once cleaning tablets no longer help, the unit can only be cleaned or repaired by opening the machine. This is normal and does not mean the machine is poorly built.

Jura asks to fill the system or pours weak coffee — why?

A common Jura fault is a worn ceramic distribution valve: water starts flowing the wrong way. A failing flow meter looks much the same. Both are fixed by replacing the part, from €49.

My Jura will not grind — what do you check?

First, whether a foreign object has reached the burrs — a stone from the beans or a small metal fragment. Then we check burr wear and the drive. Grinder repair and replacement starts at €79.

How much does Jura cleaning and descaling cost?

From €25. The machine’s own programs remove only part of the deposits, while coffee oils and scale build up where liquid never reaches. We open the machine and clean the thermoblock, tubing and milk system.

Are you an authorised Jura service centre?

No — we are an independent repair shop, not a manufacturer-authorised centre. If the manufacturer’s warranty still applies, contact the seller first. Once it has expired we repair the machine and provide our own warranty from 3 months.

Where in Vilnius can I bring a Jura coffee machine?

Šeškinė (Musninkų g. 1, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00) and Lentvaris (Geležinkelio g. 34, Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–14:00). No appointment needed. Bring the machine itself — no need to fill water or beans.
