Diagnostics from €8.00 are counted toward the repair price. Warranty from 3 months, inspection reports for insurers, a loan phone for longer repairs. Since 2017 we have repaired 15,872 devices, Google rating 4.7.

Frequently asked questions
How much does electronics repair cost?
The price depends on the fault and the device. Diagnostics: phones and tablets — €12.90, laptops and desktop computers — €15.90, televisions, coffee machines and printers — €19.90. The diagnostics fee is counted toward the repair price if you agree to the repair. Screen replacement from €45, batteries from €29.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and on part availability. A screen or battery replacement goes faster when the part is in stock, while board-level microsoldering and data recovery take longer. We give the time frame when we accept the device.
Do I need to book in advance?
Just come during opening hours. In Šeškinė we work Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and are closed on Saturdays. In Lentvaris — Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–14:00.
What warranty do you give on repairs?
We give a 3–6 month warranty on all repairs. The period depends on the type of repair and the parts used: screen and battery replacements usually 3 months, board repairs 6 months.
What should I do if my phone fell into water?
Come to a shop as soon as you can — do not charge the device and do not try to switch it on. The sooner you bring it in, the better the chance of saving the data and the device itself. Diagnostics for water-damaged phones costs €8.00. We clean the board in an ultrasonic bath.
Can I get a loan phone while my device is repaired?
Yes — we keep a pool of loan phones. A loan device is provided free of charge for longer repairs. Tell us when you hand the device in if you need one.
