No — a 100% guarantee is impossible anywhere in the world. Success depends on the damage level: logical failures (formatting, deleted files) succeed in 70–90% of cases. Physically damaged media — less likely. You pay only for results: if data is not recovered — you pay nothing.
Main reasons: (1) Data has been overwritten — the original information is physically destroyed. (2) Memory chip or cells have burnt out. (3) Water caused corrosion on the circuit board. (4) SSD garbage collection has erased data traces. (5) Mechanical HDD head crash with platter damage. In such cases even world-class labs cannot help.
Key factors: media type (HDD easier than SSD), damage type (logical vs physical), time since failure (sooner is better), whether the damaged device was powered on again (this often makes things worse). After diagnostics we will give you a realistic probability before starting work.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Most important: turn off the phone immediately and do NOT turn it on again — powering on while wet causes a short circuit and destroys remaining data. The sooner you bring it in, the better the chances.
From 1 day to a week — depends on the damage. Logical failures are faster. Physically damaged HDDs or water-damaged phones take longer. We will give exact timelines after diagnostics.
