Brew group repair
from 49 €The group will not come out, jams in the upper position, or the machine asks to insert it although it is in place — we replace seals, lubricate and repair the drive.
Grinder repair and replacement
from 79 €Philips ceramic burrs are hard but brittle — a foreign object chips them. No grinding, rattling or too coarse a grind — we replace the burrs or the drive.
Pump replacement
from 59 €The machine hums but no coffee flows, or it drips — we check the pump, flow meter and water path to the brew group.
Descaling and internal cleaning
from 25 €The AquaClean filter only slows scale down. We disassemble, remove deposits from the boiler and tubing, and clean the LatteGo or milk tube.
