LED backlight strip replacement

Dark screen with working sound, and an image visible under a torch — burnt-out backlight strips. The most common Samsung LED and QLED fault.

Power supply repair

The TV will not start, the standby light blinks, or it clicks and dies. We replace bulging capacitors or the whole power board.

T-Con board replacement

Doubled image, vertical bars, inverted or white screen. This is a T-Con board fault rather than a panel fault, so it can be repaired.

How much does Samsung TV repair cost?

Diagnostics is €19.90 and is included in the repair price. HDMI port repair from €39, LED strip replacement from €49, audio repair from €49, power supply repair from €59, T-Con board from €69, main board from €79. We quote the exact price after inspection.

My Samsung TV screen is dark but the sound works — what does that mean?

Almost always burnt-out LED backlight strips. You can check it yourself: in a dark room shine a torch at the screen — if you can see the image, the panel is fine and the backlight is at fault. Strip replacement starts at €49.

My Samsung TV will not turn on — is it worth repairing?

Usually yes. A TV that does not start or just clicks almost always points to a power supply fault — bulging capacitors or a damaged power board. Repair starts at €59, several times less than a new TV of the same class.

Vertical bars appeared on the screen — can they be fixed?

It depends on the cause. Wide bars with a doubled or inverted image point to the T-Con board — replaced from €69. Thin bars that stay in place as the picture changes usually mean the panel itself or its ribbons are damaged, and then repair is rarely worthwhile. We can tell the difference during the inspection.

Smart TV features and Wi-Fi stopped working — what should I do?

First unplug the TV from the mains for 60 seconds and run a Tizen reset from the menu. If that does not help, or the TV keeps rebooting in a loop, the fault is on the main board — repair from €79.

Do you repair QLED and Neo QLED TVs?

Yes — Q60, Q70, Q80, Q90, Neo QLED QN85 and QN90, as well as Crystal UHD, The Frame, The Serif and older LED series. QLED backlighting is repaired the same way as on a regular LED set.

Are you an authorised Samsung service centre?

No — we are an independent repair shop. If your TV is still under the manufacturer warranty, contact the seller first so you do not lose it. Once that warranty has expired we repair it and provide our own warranty from 3 months.

Where in Vilnius can I bring a Samsung TV?

Šeškinė (Musninkų g. 1, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00) and Lentvaris (Geležinkelio g. 34, Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–14:00). No appointment needed. Bring the TV only — the remote and stand are not required.
